Despite severe winters with heavy snow, storms, and occasional food shortages, Ulrich unwaveringly persists in his hut, dedicated to this lifestyle.
Nevertheless, a significant dilemma arises. The sale of his beloved hut and an eviction notice for April 30th have left Ulrich in a precarious situation, grappling with profound uncertainty as his cherished way of life hangs in the balance.

Tobias Demetz
Tobias Demetz, a talented 20-year-old filmmaker, is on a remarkable journey in the world of cinema. His extensive experience includes working as a preeditor on 'Hill of Vision' and featuring as a background actor in 10 films on platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Tobias's passion for storytelling led him to the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, an exchange year in the same city, and travels to 35 countries, enriching his perspectives. His work extends beyond the screen, with one of his advertisements showcased on trains throughout Italy. As the manager of TD Films, he's collaborated with prestigious brands like Porsche and Lotus. Tobias has embarked on ambitious projects, including a second documentary filmed in Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. He's attended renowned film festivals like Cannes and Berlinale, earning an industrial professional badge, and has generously volunteered at Italian festivals. Guided by five accomplished mentors, one of whom is an Oscar winner and the producer of 'Life is Beautiful,' Tobias's filmmaking journey is just beginning. www.tdfilms.it
At the age of 16, Tobias worked as a tarantula guide at the National Museum of History in Bolzano. During this time, he discovered new insect species in northern Italy, Germany, and Austria. His remarkable findings garnered media attention, appearing in newspapers, numerous scientific articles and books, and even on radio broadcasts. Notably, he also made the groundbreaking discovery of the first termite in the Alpine region.
